writing with a dry head

Writer's block. Mental Constipation. Mental Constraints. Mental Blocks. The romantic terms for laziness. Mou, apparently, I can only write when I'm in the side of the extremes. I'm able to break free when I'm very happy, depressed, I feel weird, desperate or disappointed. Pure rants and raves, I guess. When one has no problems, telling the world that I have no problems would be boring. There's always the case when I could write something about writer's blocks. Too plain. Bland even.
A surrender would be a bad move because creative vibes tend to break in without anyone noticing. However, that surrender would also be pointless since my mind tells me to write again because it found the missing idea. Intro's done. "Yakumo! Come here and read my essay about 'Defining Yourself'!"
"'neesan, did you write this? Or did you copy someone else's work?"
"That's cruel! Of course I wrote it! You don't believe me?"
"No, it's just that it's unbelievable. Normally you'd talk about candies, cakes, rock and roll, Karasuma-kun and..."
